Tell me this isn't true. Tell me this has to be another smoke screen or intentional leak to the press to disguise the bigger objective. This is downright comical if not completely bizarre!

If this is true I see the barners going over the cliff en masse. This is going to be a meltdown of biblical proportions. The best thing about it would also have to be that BAMA controls the state undisputed for the next Lord knows how many years. I'm confident that Saban would have done that regardless, but hiring a clown like this all but ensures it.

Shula is head and shoulders above this guy. I had HEARD of Shula when he was hired. If you had asked me who Chizik was, I'd have thought he was a hockey guy or a butcher.

It took THIS for Bama and Auburn fans to be of one mind. I almost feel sorry for them.

How do they sign a recruiting now? Seriously. You know what the press is going to be saying, and I quote ";e.gif". Meanwhile 17 year old kids are having to justify to friends and family why they are sticking with this or committing to this. Where is the hope?

After the Saban hire, BAMA puts 92,000 fans in Bryantr Denny for the A-Day game.

After the Chizik hire, the Barn will have about 920.

After two years, Saban had BAMA one quarter away from the BCS championship game.

After two years, Auburn will be looking for donors to help buy out Chizik's contract.

Life is good.

Dude, was that Jacobs? I've not seen a picture of him before but it sounded like him so I am assuming it is. Guys, he got ripped a new one without the courtesy of vasoline. That was horrific!

Dude was like, "I'll take Charlie Garner, I'll take Brady Hoke, hell I'll take Patrick Nix"! I think it was one of the news crew that said, "we tried to get rid of him earlier".

Did you guys catch the guy at the end? Couldn't quite make it out, but he kept saying something to the effect of, "10 tickets in 30 years out the door in 10 minutes".
