Cheating in sports isn't illegal anywhere but filming another team's practice is 100% against the rules. The problem is you need proof (kinda like how someone inside the Patriots ended up being the snitch that lit that fire). You can "report" that you heard Auburn was filming your practice but without proof there isn't much that can be done. Especially in the digital age it would be very simple for Auburn to just delete the evidence.
