šŸˆ Arena video of Nick Saban and Barry James Sanders not an NCAA violation, Alabama says

Good lord. You can tell it is the offseason when crap like this makes headlines. A little research by those reporting it as a violation would have gone a long way.

"But then what would we write about?"

So its not a violation if the coach sits at the game with a recruit.......in front of god and everybody........but if a camera man focuses in on you and you get put on the big screen......it is a violation ? If this is the case.......I laugh....

It all started with a tweet by a writer for the T-town news...he was speculating and this turned into this...

Wait, I'm confused, do you all think it should not be a violation for the camera man to show Barry Sanders and Nick Saban together at the game? I can't imagine you seriously think it's alright for that to happen... Think about if they showed Barry Sanders on the big screen and the announcer said, "And as a special guest tonight, we'd like to welcome current 5 star recruit, and number one high school running back in the nation, Barry Sanders, Jr.!" Right after that the crowd would erupt, with chants of "WE-WANT-BARRY"-- thats not fair... W/o allowing that (how the rule is now) no one knew Sanders was there, it's okay for everyone to know Saban is there, he works at Bama, but I fully support the rule...
Didn't many of you say just weeks ago how crazy the recruiting process is "for 17 and 18 year old boys to be put through all that emotional stress of football recruiting"??? Well preventing any more stress is exactly what that rule is meant to do...

Everybody knew Nick Saban was at that game and with who i assure you of that, so saying it's a violation for it to be shown on the big screen is idiotic. College football is pretty big in the south I hear and most people know when Saban is eating breakfast, so I'm sure everybody in that arena knew he was at that game and was with Barry Jr. I think it's stupid that people are so bored with their lives that they have to make a mountain out of a mole hill.
