Charles Bediako asks Alabama Supreme Court to allow him to play

Charles Bediako is asking the Alabama Supreme Court to give him "interim injunctive relief" so he can finish the college basketball season with the Crimson Tide.

I wish him well because other "pro" players are playing college ball and fair is fair. On a personal note, I do not think he or anyone else that has been with a pro team of any kind should be allowed to play college athletics.

It'll go to the Supreme Court, but the timeline for it may not be quick enough at this point. The main thing is, this will allow Bediako to sue the NCAA for damages. Even Pruet admitted that he had merit for a case on damages but not for eligibility.
