I've thought this ever since I've heard his reasoning for rankings. He seems to be twisting narratives to fit certain things out of the Playoffs but then he changes those narratives so much it's been lost in translation what the exact rules are for the committee and their standards. I've felt the last two years the committee has had some WEIRD standards and they've gotten hung up on some rather odd specifics (EXAMPLE: Rushing Yards this year for Alabama) that is a really weird stat to be worried about, considering there are air raid offenses in CFB a lot of the time. Should we penalize Oklahoma for Total Yards? There's so many random stats it gets confusing. I'd rather they stick to SOS, SOR, Wins vs Ranked, and Losses and not get that far into the weeds. I think it's causing the narrative and point to be sort of lost by the current committee

He’s been out the last 5 games with an injury. Had amassed 879 yards rushing which is pretty impressive! I just looked at our top rushing backs and our top 3 have 810 combined. Haynes was a beast until getting hurt.
