Demeco Ryans and the GM have turned the usually bad Texans team into a pretty good one over the course of one draft. I know their schedule is pretty easy this year, but they're pretty darn good this year. Ryans is doing a heck of a job coaching as is his staff.

The way the Texans are playing defensively against this Bengals offense is outstanding. Demeco has done a great job with this defense today. This only reaffirms my want for him to be at Alabama, god please make it happen. But seriously, the job he's done to turn around this Texans squad is amazing. Had a great draft, hired some great coaches to put around him, got depth in free agency, hes done a hell of a job.
At this rate, DeMeco is more MVP than he is COTY.
