Simply a guess on this Ford stuff... But on the surface, it sounds like it was a leverage play by him (his people, whatever). Bama would have taken him, but on their original terms. But it's a game they are not willing to play (not a guess). I seriously doubt anyone on the staff (involved) was surprised at all with how it went down, nor too disappointed. Looks like a case where the premium sites got the hook, line, and sinker. But for it to work, UF had to think he was UA bound, so they played the cards they needed to play. Hopefully that Hays dude from On3 didn't waste too much time on his Bama commitment graphic yesterday.
