I thought UK looked good myself. Like other SEC teams of their caliber, they execute pretty well and score enough, have a passable D and a skill player who would star anywhere.
But they have their warts, and these cost them ballgames. Too many turnovers, weak secondary, crappy QB. It could be anything.
They will sneak up every few seasons and beat someone they aren't supposed to, but they'll lose quite a few they should have won.
I classify Ole Miss, Arkansas, Kentucky (new arrival) and South Carolina in this group.
The "Big Boys" are Bama, Florida, UT, LSU, Auburn and Georgia.
We used to be in the other group, and UT will be there soon if they don't straighten up. They probably ought to be there already.
No one cares about MSU and Vandy.
