If its wrong now, then it was wrong then. If it was wrong then, then either 1) the NCAA must answer and account for its allowing ineligable players to play, and/or 2) the eligability of past players is not in questions. Does this mean that some school's wins will not be vacated because in eligable players played? I bet not...double standard.
This double standard could lead to a lawsuit by the Hills. If he is ineligable at this point, then all expenses encured by Alfie since coming to Tuscaloosa are now the responsibility of the family, and the coach already cited both a precedent and their acting as good faith agents seeking to operate within NCAA standards.
