I don't link too many al.com articles, but I'll make an exception for a few... Haven't had all of them on this list (never even heard of the place in Huntsville), but the ones I have had are deserving of the top 10... I don't care for ketchup on a hot dog, but it works at Dew Drop. Pate's Famous will always be the holy grail... but still some good ones around.

I always go to Bunyan’s when I go home to Florence. That slaw is good on any hotdog!

My wife is from Florence, she swears up and down by Bunyan's. The hotdog stand in huntsville, I work in Huntsville, so I'll have to hunt them down and give them a try.

I always enjoy Bob Carlton's articles. One of the dwindling few reasons to go to AL.com. I had to go search to see whatever happened to Scarbinsky, I guess he's still somehow connected to the site. I hadn't even thought about him in two or three years...
