Just speculating here, but from my experiences as a coach, the issue normally came down to meetings, likely him being late and/or shitty attitude in drills and then bitching about not getting on the field.

I don't think the door is completely closed, but there's a little more heavy-handedness being shown as of late, which is setting the tone going forward, IMO.

FWIW, there will be others, but for different reasons. Koht kinda forced this one on himself. The immediate impact from a roster standpoint is both good and bad... the overall depth and experience at Wolf was already thin. But, this forced a couple of the younger guys down the depth chart into bigger roles, and that experience will pay off (which is good). Let's hope though that Russaw and Pierre can stay out of the injury tent going forward just to be safe...
