For as long as Young's shoulder strength remains an issue, or as long as we are relying on a back up QB, I'd love to see us regularly use two backs in the backfield in the shotgun on passing downs. If our QB cannot push the ball downfield, then let's drop it off to our backs and let them work their magic until defenses give us the deep ball.
