Is this suppose to be a good or bad thing? Freeze at Ole Miss was shaddy as we all know.
He'd come pre-programmed a good understanding of the Freeze offense = Good thing.

You're hearing what? how can you hear something that you read on social media?I’m hearing about a move to the 4-2-5 defense. Come on Caleb. Two more years, and you’re set for life.
So that was the staff a few years ago when Indiana had a good year or two at least to their standards?Tom Allen had some good pieces on his staff at IU during that time... no coincidence that when they left and moved up the ladder, IU slid back down.

That is what I would like to know or will he have any input on the hiring?OC: Ryan Grubb (Washington)
RB: Robert Gillespie (Alabama)
OL: Scott Huff (Washington)
TE: Nick Sheridan (Washington)
WR: JaMarcus Shephard (Washington)
DC: Kane Wommack (South Alabama)
DL: Freddie Roach (Alabama)
Open:
LB and DB: Who are we going after? If Wommack getting his own ppl, I wonder if he get to bring someone from USA?
Are we getting a QB coach?
Grubb is the QB coach who worked with Penix at Washington he does OC/QB so we should be good there.OC: Ryan Grubb (Washington)

Because I possess special abilities. You're hearing what? how can you hear something that you read on social media?
Happened early in the game on a punt return I believe…..I didn‘t know that. I assumed like most that it happened on that play.
He will be hands off of the defense, for the most partDoes he want to run the 4-2-5 ( hybrid) or a 3-4?..most coaches stick to their guns.. that is the confusing part here.. what does Womack run?
You're hearing what? how can you hear something that you read on social media?
No shit. He’s assuming since Washington and S Alabama both ran a 4-2-5.
How long did it take him to get his staff the way he wanted and get acclimated to recruiting when he took over the UW job?Stop always making perfect sense. But seriously, regardless of who Alabama hired, there were going to be good coaches and players leave. I would not call 24 a lost season, but people are going to have to realize that it's going to take a season or two to get his staff the way he wants and get acclimated to the recruiting aspect.
When he got off the plane with Morgan was a MAJOR win...without stepping foot on campus.Deboer needs a win. I feel like not one move has went his way yet.
Huge.
I was just wondering what Coach DeBoer really wanted.. we all was rooting for TRob to get the job, but he is a 3-4 guru..I think CKD wanted a 4-2-5 all along.. so that’s what we are getting now..He will be hands off of the defense, for the most part
The losses outweigh the good from my limited perspective but that may just be part of this transition. When he got off the plane with Morgan was a MAJOR win...without stepping foot on campus.
Bond isn't a loss. Amos is chasing money. Niblack hasn't committed to anyone, yet.Losses = Niblack, Bond, Amos, high profile recruit decommitments, not able to land T-Rob
Why?I’m still worried about the recruiting ability of this staff as a whole.
