Just a fyi in the midst of a slow Lane Kiffin melt down mode..

Looks like The University has hooked up with Steiner Sports. They are first class in sports memorabilia and are pretty much high end but if you insure/re-sell it usually brings premium. Their authenticity goes a long way in the collectibles market. First up is Coach Stallings on Feb 12th. Nice. They also allow you to send your items to them and they get them signed for you. I've done that with them and a couple of other companies. I've always been extemely happy with the quality of the sigs, etc. I know Steiner pays a premium and it seems the person signing takes their time when they sign so you get what you pay for. I'm no Steiner rep but I can say that when I got the email from UA I checked out Steiners website and it was pretty cool seeing them hook up with Alabama. Maybe they know who's going to be hot soon?

Of course they also know who's not.....it looks like they are dumping Rex Grossman's stuff like nuclear waste!

Not sure which forum this belongs and I am just trying to let anyone interested know.....so Mods if it needs to be moved...?

I received an email about the Stallings event.

Perhaps you could gather a little information on it, Steiner Sports, etc. and post it?

Might want to edit the title of your post as well to give members an idea what this thread is about...

Former players and coaches are typically easy to find around campus in the fall. I'd rather not pay for autographs. I've been fortunate enough to build a nice collection.

The only one I'd liek to get is Joe Willie in his Bama uniform. I have a Jets auto I won in a raffle about 10 years ago.
