Not only do they both have four losses. Both the Tide and the Tigers have lost to Georgia, LSU and Mississippi State, and both are 4-3 in the conference. That's pretty wild.

Interesting. I hadn't noticed that.

Whats the difference of the point totals of the losses?
I see us having a slight advantage for the Iron Bowl this year. Look for DJ to be covered up, we need some good run schemes and good blocking during that game to break this damn curse!

You know Muschamp is going to possibly double team DJ and take him out of the game. Hopefully, JPW will notice this and not try to force it to him and find the open reciever. Stover had a huge game last year with this. Maybe the TE could have big days as well. Bama will have to do what The barn wants to do on defense as well, get pressure on the QB, give him some shots and get Cox out of rhythm and sit back in the pocket and think.

You must also know that Muschump is going to blitz JPW every down - why not? As I have said before, reluctanly, with JPW we know his limitations at QB. He simply cannot read the defense from sideline to sideline effectively to go to a second or third option at receiver every play. But I have to trust CNS on this one. I guess McElroy isn't any better :? . He sure looked good during the mop-up duty the first game.

AU 2ndary is suspect.

Dbl teaming will only leave Brown/Caddell open.

GA showed you how to beat AU....expose their 2ndary then open up the run. Once your past the LOS it's open field...

Do not allow them to slow the tempo. That's how they beat Fla and Ark and hung with LSU. Put points up and make them chase. Notice how they want to come out and quick strike then settle in? Tuberville's template. Richt/Bobo had them dialed in.

Right now it's La Monroe week and the SR's last home game. Tigers and Tuberville have to wait.

Roll Tide!
