🏈 Akron Zips Visit

I don't know if this is the proper place for this post, but I thought it was cool. My son was so excited when Akron Zips football players visited him in the hospital today. Starting QB, RB, OL, and safety. He gave them a hearty "Roll Tide!" and they were very gracious.

He broke his femer in a fall. He has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and his bones are fragile from medications. Thanks for asking.

I've never heard of DMD, so I just read about it. @bcracker, I'm sorry your son is has this having to deal with this.

I have two kids myself, I couldn't imagine having to deal with something like this. I guess things like this make you stronger and realize there are more important things in life.

My thoughts are with you and your family.
