💬 A Guns Thread

Okay ITS SAFE NOW... Don't throw away your 320 M18.. They made sure they put an airman in jail for making a mistake..Disregard all those videos proving there was a problem..

Get your extra parts too...

Heard about it earlier today (Mrgunsngear). My first thought was, "Well, I guess all the current Glocks are going to quadruple in price and people will be buying them like crazy, then hoarding them to try and sell in the future".

I don't own a Glock, but if I was going to buy one, I'd be looking at the G20 MOS.

I don't think they have a choice. The liability to continue manufacturing a gun that can be made full auto with a three dollar part is suicide. Yes, it will create a hoarder market of the most popular legacy models, but that will pass.

I'll keep my Springfields and Kimbers.

I’ll be holding onto my Glock!!

I don't carry appendix because I don't want a gun pointed at my junk.
A guy I knew when I was living in Memphis had gone down to MS to fish...saw a snake, grabbed his .22, and shot his dick. His nickname was Smokie...before that happened.

I eat like a horse. I'm skinny as a rail. BUT...I know a few here that can likely identify with the problem.

Just watched a video about a local gun shop. I knew the shop was there, but I'd never been to it. I've driven by it dozens of times. And after watching the video, I'm sure I'll be stopping in and spending money I don't "need" to spend. The cool thiing is they don't only sell guns and parts; they also do cerakote, hydrodipping (water transfer printing), and laser engraving.

Before I watched the video, I thought he was going to talk about Simmons sporting goods..

I've never heard of the place in the video... but will check it out
Yeah I've been by it dozens of times. But I never knew the name of it.

There was another cool one in Pelham, but it got shut down by the ATF. I bought ammo from them a couple times, but when I said something about going back and shopping for a new gun, someone at work (former job) told me they'd been shut down by the ATF.

Since I’m rummaging around in the old safe, I’ll show you my first pistol, a Ruger Single-Six with a 9 1/2 inch barrel. My Dad gave it to me when I was about twelve, and I’d holster up and roam the bottoms looking for things to shoot at. I tied it to my leg with that leather strap like John Wayne.
