Pretty good read by Deas this morning.

It was interesting to watch the players interact on the sideline. Those coming off the field gave scouting notes to others who play the same position. Younger players crowded around and listened as coaches instructed the starters.

That's a very good sign that the leadership we saw last year took hold with a lot of the players...
