BAMA!! Happened about an hour ago, but the 6'5" 236 OLB from Utah decided on BAMA. Recruited by Tosh Lupoi, Cameron is rated the 149th overall player in the nation and #8 WDE. He projects at Jack LB for the TIDE.

I think there were A LOT out there that thought he would stay in state and pick UTAH. They couldn't see him going 2000+ miles away to play football.

I heard we had momma sold but each person is different. I knew the Utes were coming hard too so he would be one I would love to get signed in Dec.

That kid is really big. I'm sure we sold him on the OLB/JLB role, but I could see him easily growing into more of a DE type. He's pretty darn fast once he gets going, but don't see that quick explosiveness/athleticism that some other JLB recruits have had.

He will be a fun one to follow. He sure passes the eye test. RTR
