The SEC schedule finally gets a little bit more navigable for Bama from here on out, though they will find themselves on the road for most of it and still against some talented teams. Alabama has been swinging the bats well in their recent games which hopefully carries over to the road trips where they've struggled for much of the season. It'll be Farone, Hess, and Adams again this week as far as the rotation goes. Ole Miss has struggled to find any consistency this season... and they haven't played well in any phase of the game. Their hitting overall is in the bottom 1/4 of the league. Their pithing has been equally as bad, if not worse... they put a lot of guys on base and compound their issues with poor fielding. This is a series where Alabama should score some runs, but won't be contending with a lineup like A&M where 1-9 are all tough outs. Winning on the road is always hard, but this is a very good opportunity for Bama to finally claim an SEC series away from The Joe.
