🏈 2025 NFL Draft Thread

Trying to make it racial. They did a "Best Available" and it showed four quarterbacks (Sanders, McCord, Howard, and Ewers). He them Said "there's one up there that ain't like the rest".

Then at the end one of them said "it's disgusting", referring to Sanders being available and eluding to it being a racial reason like Booger did.

They ever think no one likes the guy? He's just like his daddy with his arrogance, but unfortunately for him he's far less talented than his Daddy who had more to offer. Neither of these guys have made multi-million dollar investments, so it's easy for them to ridicule, but until their livelihood is on the line with a decision they make, they should be way more reserved.

Lordy. I'd like to push him down a flight of cement stairs.

Shaun started off saying this is special and family. I knew right then it was going to be Milroe.

I believe the Seahawks have Sam Darnold as their planned starter. That gives JM a chance to learn the offense. I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets some game time before the season ends. Darnold has been inconsistent his entire career. Milroe has got to learn to make good decisions and not turn the ball over.

Would imagine he will get some Taysom Hill type situational packages to begin with. He can certainly do some things Darnold can’t, athletically speaking.

It's Harris' job to provide commentary, but he's alleging collusion on the part of NFL owners, akin to the rejection of the last toxic QB, Kaepernick. I disagree, it's about an individual who refused to try out for the league and bluff his way in after playing against weak D's his entire career, save his last game against BYU. BYU was a decent team overall, decent D - they would've been steamrolled in the SEC and Big 10 - but it was the closest thing Sanders saw to a legit college D. BYU did their best to shorten that game, they ran the ball 42 times, the same number of total snaps Colorado had the entire game. Held CO to 9 first downs and 210 yards. Three first downs and 82 yards of that came on the Buffs garbage drive in the final five minutes of the game.

As opposed to collusion, this is a matter of NFL teams simply arriving at the same conclusion.

I can't remember who it was, it was from last night. He tried the Race card, and being Deon son. But the very first three one that was drafted were not white. I mean, I am seeing this Here Your Sign!

It's actually pretty straightforward. Shadeur is actually not a great QB. He's got some good numbers but he can't throw the long ball, he definitely does not have his Dad's athleticism, he has poor escapability, stands in the pocket too long and he can't carry a team to a higher level. Then you factor in the fact that Daddy made it clear that he would involve himself wherever Shadeur got drafted, Shadeur's poor in-person interviews and this is what you get. What NFL team wants all that drama for a moderately above average QB who will probably get killed and injured in the NFL.

I follow the Raiders in the NFL (primarily because of Stabler back in the day) and they are trying to establish a new culture under Carroll. Do they want all that diva drama??? I sure wouldn't.

How dare Damien speak logically! It’s about race if you ask all of the Facebook keyboard warriors.
@It Takes Eleven I would agree with you as well. Colorado didn’t exactly play anyone with a pulse outside of BYU when it came to defense. Sanders feasted on some weak defenses and being that his Dad is a polarizing figure, Shedeur pushed it to another level.
