A few years ago there was a period of nine weeks in a row where our group had rain, wind, and somewhat chilly weather each Friday we played. A couple of guys "bowed out," but that was a combination of weather and one fella's back problems (as one example.)
Conditions like these ladies are playing in are conditions I've played in, a lot. So, with a lot of shots like they are dealing with today...I've been there, done that. Perhaps that holds my interest more than it does with others--I suspect so.
This reminds me of a portion from The Mystery of Golf.
