šŸˆ Who do you think makes the Top 5 following this weekend?

I hope you are right. If Florida can find a way to pull the W out it could start a downward spiral. If not they could continue to get better and gain confidence. This could become a problem.
I can count a lot of reasons why picking Auburn to win is a solid choice.

The one thing I can't escape is this is an Auburn team based on running the ball and their going against what I consider to be a pretty good run defense. Contrast that with a Florida offense that's been featuring their passing game more than running going against an Auburn secondary that's average in conference standings.

Now we add Gainesville in the mix ...

I've seen projections with Auburn winning by as much as a few touchdowns. I certainly don't see it that way.

One thingfor sure ......
AU has a chace to make a national statement....
Would be 3 top 25s under their belt

For a week, maybe. With A&M sitting at t25 in the AP they could fall out this weekend without playing. They'll definitely be out in two weeks. A&M is no more a quality win for Auburn today than it will be a quality win for Bama in two weeks.

While I don't expect it we could see a Cal win over Oregon this weekend which would result in Cal jumping in the top 25, Oregon likely dropping seven or eight spots (@20th) and A&M out. Oregon, looking at playing Washington on the road in a couple of weeks ... now we're talking two of the wins people are pointing to being outside of the rankings.

I look at where they are when playing..... thats looking early in schedules....
Can look where they finish....or are....when regular season concludes....

I understand. It can be looked at both ways. However, while looking at where they are now and you're seeing where they'll end up? It changes the narrative in my world.

From a different perspective here; a gambling view.

As I mentioned earlier I've seen more than a few call for Auburn to win and win big. Then, I see where Vegas and other bookmakers have Auburn giving Florida three. When the public is so big on one, Vegas shying away from their (publics) numbers on a game ... it has all the ingredients to go the opposite way. I've seen way to many games like this end up being straight up wins for the dog.

In other words, from a gambling point of view, I'm walking away hurriedly.

If there's one area I'd say it would be important to keep an eye on it's the screen game with Mullen. Auburn is a team that can be taken advantage of in the flats and a quick screen game will also take away any advantage we'd see from their defensive line.

And state had luck running right at them... but were such a big hole....early...
AU is a big strong front 7....
Would be something to see Bama 11-0 vs AU 11-0..
But AU doesn’t have that team to win in BR .....but could be 10-1 at IB
I hope AU loses multiple games before IB

They looked like a hostile crowd was to much in trying to communicate.....
That's part of the reason I mentioned this to you before the game.

That said, let's look at that a little deeper.

How does crowd noise effect a team who is using hand signals/signs to call in assignments and plays for their "meerkat" offense?

Now, if you want to point to their false starts (nine penalties, three were false starts) I'd say you've got the makings of a good point except in those situations we're talking about fundamentals. If you can't hear the count, look at the snap.

Saw BN do things....without communication....he was picking one target and going that way."to me it looked like..of course i was heavy into BL...so maybe ..maybe not
He thought Florida was loud...lol...wait til Death Valley....
False starts are just part of "being the visitor "....bama will have some vs TX
