Which QB would you draft first?

Guess I'm a little old school. I like a qb who can see the field, knows the d well enough that he can tell what they're doing most of the time, has pocket presence and most of all accuracy. As much as I can't stand him, a Peyton Manning type.
Seems to me that a lot of high schools pick the best athlete to be qb because of the offenses they run so we don't see a lot of the true old school pro style qb's anymore.
Hammer meet Nail! In HS, that’s what you do. Best athlete plays QB on offense. When I was in HS, my sophomore year, our QB was 5’10 maybe 170lbs but he was as hard nosed and athletic as you get. He played SS as well and led our team in tackles. He was our leading rusher too. He was a guard on the basketball team and our starting catcher and lead off man. I hit in the 2 spot behind him. When he got on base, I always took a pitch or two so he could swipe a base. I hit over .400 behind him and had a shit ton of RBIs.
When the coaches moved me to QB the following year, I wasn’t the fastest, but I was still athletic in my own right. I had a pretty good eye for things so coach allowed me the ability to audible. When I got to BAMA as a walk on, Coach Curry’s staff knew what I brought. When Coach Stallings came in, Coach Moore asked me to run a 40 for a time. I told him that I wasn’t very fast, but I promised him that if he had a defensive guy chasing me, that I was A LOT faster. He thought I was joking! I wasn’t!!

So stats after he left took a dip in football???

A lot of opinions here for not knowing anything about the story. 🙃 🤷‍♂️
Opinions are based on knowledge of subject.... for all on here..for all subjects..sports. Politics..life..marriage...etc
A lot of knowledge...or little. One still bases their opinion on that

.....I believe i said " i dont know" several times. ...and dont ....as nobody REALLY does except those involved ...and i doubt anyone on here was,,, regardless of how they might think they do

And title of topic was ..."which QB wouldyou draft"
Whenin fact. Noone on here will be drafting a QB...except maybe fantasy football. If people still do that...or we have a nfl GM posing as a poster

..... i said "would lean Cam Ward...for
Ittle i have seen ones on list". Thats not opinion. Thats a fact
I can print that and make a copyfor you...should you need?????

And thats in fact. What forums are for.... fans expressing their opinions....to other fans for no other reason than the common denominator....love for football....

The collegiate sports world isn't as small as you believe it to be. Those that talk about it publicly is as small of a number now as it was before the Internet. The majority have retreated back into the shadows.

Hell, the best news source I have for Florida? I talk with him several times a month on a message board like this one; but it has nothing to do with football or college sports (in spite of him owning one of UF's largest.) It's a software platform discussing hacks for this software.

The point is: You NEVER know who you are talking with. I can't remember what the guys name was this morning ... ranking member of "W's" staff and during his time in office he was a VERY active member on Texags. That one may be one of the funniest I've seen...

O boy. Here we go.
First. Did he choose to play half and let next years qb play second half???? Or was it HC decision. After all. The game was........
I really would have liked to have seen our potential next year starterin second half vs Michigan

Decision?? Even if its said one way. Is that really the way?????

And Cam looking at first 5 pick money.
Maybe shouldn't played first half
Certainly a risk. But so is life!

So. I don't know. I didn't really even k ow he sat out. The tv was on but sound mutef and lot of stuff going on in house i saw backup playing. Didnt know why. Or care actually

So. I dont know. A shit performance like JM ( and others)
Or a sit out. Which i absolutely hate in a player. Quitters i see them. Quit on team mates. But if a hc wants to see his next year starter. ?????? And starter wants to protect himself. ?????????????

Who is saying thats wrong
He sits out the second half, I don't think it will hurt his drafting. Just look at Chase, he plays with the Bengals he sits out the LSU bowl game and was drafted 4th. i didn't like that he quit on his teammates.
