🏈 Which incoming Freshman(s) are you most excited about?

For me it's Jesse Williams, "The Austrailian Assassin". The dudes from Austrailia which is cool. But the fact he's playing for Alabama, IN THE SEC is just really fascinating to me. I think he'll make a huge impact, maybe not right away but at some point during the season, much like former big man Terrence "Mt." Cody. I'm sure Saban will find a way to get him in there. I really see him making a Cody like impact at some point, which really excites me because Mt. Cody was one of my all time favorites and this Aussie is getting me fired up. He's not as big as Cody, but the dude is a freak on the field and I can't wait to see him play.

I am very pumped over DePriest. If we weren't already so deep at LB I'd say he would have a big impact.

I truly believe he's the best defensive back we have on the team. And yes, I do realize that is quite a statement...but I stand firmly on that statement.

I'm excited to see what Duron Carter will do for us. I think he is going to have a much bigger impact than people realize at this point.

but as far as the freshman go HaHa Dix and Sylve. HaHa just looks really impressive to me, Mark Barron Jr. for sure. Sylve's speed is crazy, def. wanna see him on returns this year.

I've heard a lot of good things about Trey DePriest, and agree with the statement that he WOULD be an impact player if we weren't so deep with LB's. I'd bet that he'll get a chance on Special Teams this year. I'd have to say the same with Clinton-Dix...both players have the size and physical tools to contribute.

Passed these two guys, I don't see too many freshmen getting much PT...Jesse Williams has the chance to be a HUGE difference maker for our defense.

fWIW, just flippin' through a few channels and caught Andre Ware talking football...his best three defensive players included Menzie.

Dee Hart was one of the biggest ones, but of course he is done for the season. I'm also very excited about Ha'Sean Clinton Dix and Cyrus Kouandjio.
