I ACTUALLY said something similar to this yesterday when offered an Icehouse: "That's a good beer...left in the can."

My Texas buddies hooked me on a “red draw”, a beer mixed with Bloody Mary mix. If we are at the lakehouse and Bloody Mary, poinsettias or such are in the mix, I grab a beer and mix with 1/4 or so Bloody Mary mix.

I know it’s not a bourbon, but my favorite is Angel’s Envy Rye…aged in rum casks. It’s one of the smoothest you will drink. Not a bad price point for sipping whiskey at $100…

Nah thomasville, al. High school. Joined the Navy after graduating ended up in Pensacola for a while for training then out to a boat.

Normal drinker is Buffalo Trace.

My preferred way to drink it is neat or smoked old fashion.

But, during the warm months I don’t drink bourbon, I mostly drink palomas and ice cold beer
