I know it’s not a bourbon, but my favorite is Angel’s Envy Rye…aged in rum casks. It’s one of the smoothest you will drink. Not a bad price point for sipping whiskey at $100…
Decent beer at 17 because it was cheap, horse piss at 47.
You still active? Been on a couple air force bases lately, y'all have it made.

$4.99 a 12-pack at The Corner Store when I was in school. They had CASES stacked up...and we all know why. $4.99.
Keystone, southpaw and ice house were our usuals

Normal drinker is Buffalo Trace.
My preferred way to drink it is neat or smoked old fashion.
But, during the warm months I don’t drink bourbon, I mostly drink palomas and ice cold beer
