| FOOD What's on the Labor Day weekend menu?

Nothing fancy on my end. Hotdogs and hamburgers tomorrow, but I am breaking in my new(est) Weber kettle grill that I just picked up at Ace. My other one lasted well over 10 years, but it has seen its last cook. Thought about doing some greek chicken and pork kabobs on Monday but I think we'll have so much leftover from tomorrow there's no reason to.

I'll be working (as usual)...so most likely a sandwich for lunch and then either a pork chop or a piece of chicken for dinner.

Thick cut bbq poke chops and sausage here....fries, salad and garlic bread.

Burger of choice

Pepper jack w/ habanero, bacon, fried egg, and a mayo with Cholula hot sauce. Sometimes I grill a slice of tomato and put it on. I bet a fried green tomato would be great in it.

I only get 3 patties per pound. Prefer meunster or provalone
