So in other words, the other 32 were a complete pain in the ass to their teachers once the season was over...Yeah, I can see that.

Georgia really stands out here to me. Knew they produced a lot of talent, but surprises me that they had over twice ours and more than Texas and CA.

Maybe Georgia will finally get the respect we've deserved since the early 2000's with the talent we put out. Florida is unquestionably the best. I honestly believe Georgia is better than Texas and California, and definitely Ohio. Per capita we're Top 3. I'll see if I can find that article.

GA is really close to Alabama per capita. When you look at facts, Our population is 4,849,377 for 2014. Ga's is 10,097,343. FL is 19,893,297.
.0028 AL .0029 GA, 0019 FL is the per capita percentage of recruits from each state.

What is interesting is that TX population is 26,956,958. Their percentage is only .001 percent I thought they were supposed to be the holy grail for high school football.

If you follow recruiting, make a note to pay attention to how the Texas high school players are ranked. It's been a few years, five or so, that I followed their top 100 in state to see how they ended up. A lot of players, ranked due to their program, fell way short of expectations.

You've seen, undoubtedly, the term "Bama Bump" in recruiting rankings. That's true to the same extent there's a Texas bump in rankings for high school players.

There's one of the flaws of recruiting coverage coming into play here: perception versus reality. And, let this be noted, Texas has some good high school football programs.
