I don't remember exactly why, but I do remember when I started using Bamabww. It was on Clay's Bama page way back in the 1990's. BWW are my intials. I've been told if my parents would have had any imagination, they would have named me in such a way that my initials would have been BMW.

Avoid the lower level seats in the visitor sections. The second time Bama played there (early 2000's) I didn't know they had two lower levels. I was on the upper, lower level and it wasn't a good place to see the game.
When I was growing up in Mobile Kenny Stabler was the man, no disrespect to Richard Todd or Scott Hunter. Besides Snake played for the bad ass Raiders and Bumās Oilers back when the NFL was cool

I am so old I was at the Alabama High School All Star game that Kenny played in at Bryant-Denny. The South won the game something like 35-7 and Kenny was like a man among children running and throwing. He was a Hoss for sure.
"Coach Bryant always taught us we were special and never to accept being ordinary. I think that is one thing that has sustained Alabama through the years. Players with ordinary ability feeling somehow, someway they would find it within themselves to make a play to help Alabama win a football game. There is no way to describe the pride an Alabama player feels in himself and the tradition of the school." -- Kenny Stabler
I used this one everywhere at one point. Now I have let it die most places but still keep it here. No sense in making it easy for people to tie all of my accounts together too easily.
"I'M A DUDE PLAYIN' A DUDE DISGUISED AS ANUTHA DUDE!"
-Had it since the old TideSprots (@bamachine gets that misspelling) days in 05-06.
3rd board now, same handle.
Tropic Thunder was probably my favorite RDJ movie role before Marvel catapulted his superstar comeback, as Tony Stark. The sheer absurdity of his role in TT is hilariously and brilliantly portrayed.

We've sat behind the endzone twice and it was AWESOME. Great seats, easy to get in and out of and good concourse action close by. Best part is that those tix aren't nearly as expensive, but I dig that view and seeing the plays develop!
One of the things that I noticed we don't have over here is opponents chewing on our ankles. I get that it's tough being on foreign soil and being the few in among the masses, but usually, there are a few that venture out into the unknown to let their opinions be heard.

Very likely because of another free Bama site where one of the moderators didn't have the balls to discuss things with rival fans and banned them from even registering. Bama fans he's banned versus IQ points...the former reigns.
I have no problem with a fan of another getting on here and discussing things about their team...as long as they do not start bashing. We can argue point and counterpoint all day without being disagreeable to each other. Nothing wrong with a good, healthy discussion.

We used to. I recall Auburn, Texas, and Notre Dame fans (could be more I can't think of). I think the Auburn one was an original member. Texas fan got banned for trolling or something. The Notre Dame fan came here to trash talk before the 2013 championship and some say you can still hear him whimpering under his bed every January 7th.
