How are the ticket “dispersements” working at these home playoff games? As far as visiting teams portion. If anyone knows.

I dont know. But. I was offered my season ticket location by bama if bama had hosted a first round game. I would guess. Others doing same. ( if i remember right ????? It was 200$ a ticket.....lowers... thats if i remember right)

Can you imagine how expensive this can get.
If played in sec championship game and lost ( n no bye)
Then hosted a game
Then went to semis and finals...

I think your gonna see a lot of fans looking like empty seats at some venues
The ACC championship game already had plenty of such
Especially teams without big traveling parties

But tv pays the bills.

3500 for visitors; 1500 guaranteed in the lower tier. CFP gets the ticket revenue; schools get concessions, etc. (3500 includes the band if the school so chooses.)

The 12 cfp isnt very exciting to me.
Indiana at nd. Please . Indiana was exposed. Played weak schedule.

Smu @ psu. Ummmm. Not much there. Again smu played 2 decent teams. Lost both.

Clemson @ texas. Really.

Tennessee @ osu. Might be best game of entire cfp. At night in Columbus in December

I will go with Tennessee @osu.

I’ll be pulling for everyone not in the SEC. Screw that SEC “loyalty” crap.

Hope Oregon finishes everyone off by 30 points a game.


I’ll watch bama’s bowl game and that’s it.

I’m also pumped that Auburn sucks for another season.

Loook at sit outs. Meaningless to them also

and they have teammates and fans that have supported them ( saw where Marshall chose to decline bowl because tney had so many players choosing to join portal)

Not " shitting" on them. I just find that we have moved into a new element of CF.

Bowls provided us with competitive games we could watch in limited times of tv games
But
Now we have a unlimited amount of those during the season. I dont find many exciting or of value.
And these bowls are just massive advertising platforms. A moment for an advertiser
Thats ok too. If thats your liking.

I dont bowls as valueless. But meaningless in terms of viewer value and meaningless in terms of outcome. Win or lose. Both go home.
