🏈 What are you most looking forward to for the 2014 season?

1. Offensive line development. It will be the key to a successful running attack and making a smooth QB transition.
2. Improvement at NT. Got to have that space eater so we can free up folks to chase down the HUNH-backs of Notre Dame, and elsewhere.
3. Development at DB, the return of Vinnie.

RTR,

Tim

The things I'm looking forward to are on the opposite side if the ball.

1) A'Shawn Robinson, Da'Shawn Hand, Dee Liner, and Reuben Foster.

2) Landon Collins being our next big time safety.

3) Improvement from the DBs as a group.

QB, who will step up? Sims? Del Rio? Bateman? Morris? or the new guys?
DL, along with what changes they make to stop the HUNH. Really hope they can get a fix for this Achilles heel.
OL
Kicking game
Henry, OJ, Cooper, DePriest, Vinnie, who is our next clutch receiver? I am gonna miss Norwood.

1. The next rumor of Saban leaving
2. How many coaching jobs that Saban will be interested in
3. How many times Miss Terry will be spotted house hunting in which of the 49 states

consistent play throughout games and the season.

yes, we've won some big games and even won some championships without being consistent. but if we do play consistent, then i think we'd be pretty much unstoppable.

Improvement in: 1. The defensive line and defensive backfield.
2. Improvement in the offensive line.
3. Improvement in the offensive backfield and clutch field goal kicking.
4. Improvement in decision making and play calling.
5. Improvement in fans staying throughout games.
6. Improvement in the condiments and tailgating.

I hear Terry was spotted in Fargo, North Dakota recently .. wearing green and yellow .. Well guys, looks like Saban is off to lead the NDSU Bison to their 4th consecutive championship.

1. Who replaces AJ? 2. Improved OL play! 3. That immovable object at NT. 4. Pass rush! 5. Improvement at the corners! 6. Who takes over for Cody Mandell? 7. This probably should've been at #1 but who steps up as the LEADERS for 2014?

How many games, seasons, and problems have we had because of 3-point kicks that end up God knows where.

Scour the country,
travel abroad,
leave no high school unturned anywhere,
and visit prisons if you have to,
but for chrissakes... GET A GOOD GOD DAMN FIELD GOAL KICKER. Everything else runs 2nd, 3rd, 4th..

If we'd had an offense that could score TDs in those moments, we needn't have relied on those FGs :P

Even in the last second of a game???

And why not ask the Buffalo Bills is they think field goal kickers are worth their weight in gold.

Nobody remembers that QB, RB, etc play that could have been a TD, but no one forgets that missed field goal seconds later, especially if the game is in the balance. Bad field goal kickers in crucial moments have sunken more teams and dreams than Uboats have sunken merchant vessels.

And let's face... wishing for TD red zone perfection 100 percent of the time is just not realistic. So in those moments when a team is forced to kick for 3... it's all the more important to have someone that doesn't, every time he gets ready to kick, force the entire team, its coaches, their fans, the tailgaters, and the little old lady in the cafeteria mopping the floor...to hold their breathe nervously that he doesn't blow it (again). It's been the biggest, continual weak link on Bama for at least two seasons and it needs to get fixed pronto.
