I'm referring to Houston's bid for the Big XII.

I would imagine the Tier 1 teams don't want to give Houston a step up, but they need to expand because they ran off the Texas A&M Weirdos, the Cornshuckers, and the Show Me States AND they need to make a bigger play for the Houston tv market (Aggies own that).
