🏈 Week 8 predictions, share yours too!

Quite a bit of Big 12 action this week .. and also some games with major implications for the playoffs.

#4 Baylor at WVU - I dunno why but this strikes me as a trap game .. WVU wins in a back and forth, high scoring affair (total score upwards of 80)
[HASHTAG]#20[/HASHTAG] Utah at Oregon State - Beavers win, knock Utah back out of the top 25
[HASHTAG]#14[/HASHTAG] Kansas State at [HASHTAG]#11[/HASHTAG] Oklahoma - Ugh GO WILDCATS but OU pulls away and wins by 10+
[HASHTAG]#10[/HASHTAG] Georgia at Arkansas - Arkansas comes really close (yet again) to another big SEC upset .. and I think that this time, they pull it off. They gotta be confident and hungry after last week.
[HASHTAG]#15[/HASHTAG] Oklahoma State at [HASHTAG]#12[/HASHTAG] TCU - TCU wins in a close, close game
#5 Notre Dame at #2 FSU - Notre Dame was sloppy against UNC .. their D was pretty bad .. I want to believe that they can pull off the W in Tallahassee but I wouldn't bet on it ..
Washington at #9 Oregon - OK. I feel like I am asking for a lot this week with some upsets / big wins. But I think Washington comes into Eugene and defeats the Ducks.
[HASHTAG]#23[/HASHTAG] Stanford at [HASHTAG]#17[/HASHTAG] Arizona State - ASU wins by single digits. It's kinda weird to see Stanford ranked "so low" after the past few years.

Utah vs Oregon St Beavers win
Kansas St vs Oklahoma Wildcats I wish but Sooner will get it done.
Georgia vs Arkansas Hoggs has come close in a few games, I think hoggs will come thus in this one.
Notre Dame vs FSU can we go back to the days of ties, I flip a coin head for ND, tail for FSU. It landed on it edge of the coin. Give it to FSU because it a home game
Washington vs Oregon don't see any upset here
Stanford vs Arizona St. I give it to the home team

#20 Utah at Oregon State - Mike Riley gets the W.
#14 Kansas State at #11 Oklahoma - Going with Bill Snyder and his 58 walk ons and former walk ons.
#10 Georgia at Arkansas - Arky gets the W to break the ice.
#15 Oklahoma State at #12 TCU - TCU gets it done against Okie St and Mike "I'm a man" Gundy.
#5 Notre Dame at #2 FSU - Hate em both but I think Shameis will be the downfall for F$U. Irish win on the road.
Washington at #9 Oregon - Oregon wins if they can keep Mariota upright. Ducks!
#23 Stanford at #17 Arizona State- Stanford smashmouths the Sun Devils into submission.

Baylor at WVU: WVU in another high-scoring close game.
Utah at Oregon State: Utah.
KSU at Oklahoma: OU has a little better O in this one. Sooners win it.
UGa at Arky: Emotion..... Dawgs may be too confident going in, Razorbacks get 1st SEC win since.... way back when.
OkState at TCU: TCU pulls this one out.
Notre Dame at FSU: I have to pull for the golden domers over crableg U. Irish win.
Washington at Oregon: yawn, same old PAC12 story - Oregon wins.
Stanford at ASU: PAC12 is wacky, but because of recent success, ASU wins it.

IF IF IF Baylor and FSU fall .. This would leave us with #1 Miss. State, #2 Ole Miss (assuming a win at Tennessee), #3 Notre Dame (maybe a leap to #2, right?), and one of the following to round out the top 4: Michigan State, Auburn, or Bama.

Reminder that the AP has Auburn, Alabama, MSU at 6, 7, and 8. Coaches have MSU, Alabama, Auburn at 6, 7, and 8. Alabama has the only ranked opponent this week of the 3, so potentially, a win (and a big one) would push us to that #4 spot IF IF IF Baylor and FSU fall. And maybe if MSU struggles at Indiana. The barn is on a bye this week FYI.

So .. yay? LOL. Ah the realm of possibilities ..

The Bears of Baylor find out that W.V. really is almost heaven when they leave Morgantown with a high scoring win.
The Beavers build a dam and stop the flow of the Utes.
Stormin Norman and that dang wagon of OU ride off into the sunset against the Wildcats.
The Dawgs BBQ the Hogs with a roast.
Happy Trails to you when the Cowboys have frog legs for supper.
Touchdown Jesus gets scalped this week by the Seminole Nation.
Duck Commander is alive and well in Eugene.
The Sun shines bright.
