So then your answer to the question posed is no. I don't believe they will either.

To answer your question; there is a great chasm between the resumes of charlie and lester as head coaches. Lester has put together some of the best defenses in recent history and won a nc and sec championships. Charlie has been a good dc and a decent head coach.
