Embarrassing to even think about—geez. :smh:

The weather for RD1 was bad for golf unless you're used to it. Wind was sustained at 25 mph or so through their round with gusts upwards of 40 mph. I'm assuming the weather down there was much like it was here in Charleston—calm part of the day, horrendous the other half.

The regionals are at Ol' Colony ... should bode well for the guys.

It wasn't a Jordan Speith type of collapse. It was an entire team having a bad day. That's uncommon under Seawell.

I was shocked Love had as bad of a day as he did. They live on St Simons Island.

Where you been, Rickey? Potter's girls won Bama's first NC in women's golf in 2012. Bet ya money you were in those threads.

LSU was third that season ... two strokes back as I recall. South Carolina was in the mix as well. Fifth, sixth maybe?

Yep, Bama ladies won the golf title and the softball title that year. They look good for it this year. They were pretty much in the NCAA championships even if they did not win, they are the number 1 ranked team in the country. As crappy as the Bama men's team played, they will be in them, based off their regular season, as a top 10 team.

Yeah, was keeping up with it online. Back then, no actual live coverage, the NCAA scoreboard site was the best bet other than being there in person.

I definitely watched the match play vs Texas, but I can't recall how I watched it. Thinking it was a live feed online, but it could have been via ESPN3 or Golf Channel.

My thought was the stream was on NCAA.org.

I've not seen any broadcast schedules for this year. I doubt we'll be able to find regional coverage.

It seems like we had a dozen or so following the rounds that day. In fact, now that I'm thinking more about it, seems like it may have been a tweet from Hunter Johnson that led us to the stream.
