USC vs. Alabama: This is for Respect

new season...same story.

BAMA's won 4 national championships in 7 years. yet, we hardly get any respect.

we lost to ole miss last season and "the dynasty was over". and even after we beat clemson, all they had to say was how they put up 40 points on our defense. not that we won another national championship...but that our defense let another team score that many points on us.

no respect?

Here's a line from that article:

"For years we’ve blasted the South Eastern Conference for their refusal to travel west and play teams from the Pac-12."

There's one of the reasons I have little respect. If you look at the PAC and SEC, even excluding any neutral site games and bowls, SEC teams have traveled 13 times to play their teams. The PAC has done the same (traveling to the southeast) 16 times. That's going from 1992 through last season.

What they're calling "blasting" we've been calling "idiotic." 16 versus 13. Big 'effin deal.
