Wow, just wow truley and instant classic! I got to admit, I didn't think we'd pull it out! Also hats off to barn they played like champs today and Gene had an outstanding game plan for us! I'm sure the Gators will look over this game and see a few weakness! Great win!
 
That's what happens when we play on a short week. Heck Aub had a ton of time to prepare for us and they came well prepared...until that final 1:15. That was horrible clock management on their part.
 
Oh my goodness. I was shaking during the game-winning drive. Julio and Trent were massive, nevermind McElroy.

Enjoy the win tonight, but they gotta get better this week for the Gators.

I knew we were gonna score on 3rd down at the end there. Alabama broke the huddle with loads of confidence, they knew they were gonna score. When I saw Upchurch go wide I knew it was over. ROLL TIDE ROLL! (anyone notice Chris Todd shaking at the end trying to find receivers? he looked a little nervous! RTR!)
 
Whew........thank goodness. I screamed at McElroy when he passed b/c I was sure it would be intercepted, but thank goodness it worked. I'm hoarse. And I was hoping I wouldn't have to go through another heart attack game. I've been through so many and I'm too old to "take it" anymore. But thanks guys for hanging in there and winning the game. :bow: :lol: :td:

Me too, I've already given thought to it. The main problem I have with today is the fact it landed on an already short week with Thanksgiving in the mix. Add the fact the barn lives to beat us and you got a recipe for disaster! If this would have been ANY other team, this game wouldn't have been this big of a deal, easy win. Auburn is a thorn in our sides and it seems they always will be! :lance:
 
Now that is it over, I can say it was a great rivalry game that will be one to talk about but for a few minutes there, I didn't want to think about it, much less talk. I did find out that my heart is stronger than I thought. This was a surefire stress test! But, we are the Iron Bowl Champions, SEC West champions and we are undefeated going to Atlanta. I am so ready for next weekend! I'm leaving early Fri. am and my son and nephew even get to skip school. :td:RTR!:a:
