Chalk that up as a giant waste of money. Why in the hell would they need this? What can they do here that they can't do in a real indoor facility, other than run into a wall as they cross the 40?

I honestly can't see how that would justify the expense.

Is it used for timing 40-yard dashes for quitters and those who can barely make it?
Do they practice coin tosses?

But serioulsy, if they had speakers around the room they could use it to practive snaps in loud environments. But other than that its too small.

If you already have a top notch indoor practice field....like we do....why would you even need that?
seems kinda pointless to me.

Therein is the point. They don't have an indoor facility like we do. Yet, you can go to a school like Central Florida, Baylor, you name it and they'll have one.

When they have inclimate weather in Athens they move their practices to the Ramsey center which also hosts their volleyball and swimming teams.
