Almost exactly the same message was sent to A Club members. Said we will get more information on August 6
Did they indicate any "lines of demarcation" between different A Club members? I'm referring to how they are talking of handling the student ticket situation.

I've heard their thinking along the lines of tickets being offered to students based on their time on campus (hours completed) with preference going to upperclassman. I'm wondering if there's something akin to that in what you're hearing from the A Club.

Here it is:

Dear A-Club Member,

We appreciate each of you and your patience as well as your continued support as we navigate through these unchartered waters. As you may have already seen, the Southeastern Conference announced yesterday that we will play a 10-game, league-only schedule for the 2020 football season beginning Saturday, September 26.

While we do not have specific information to share regarding overall stadium capacity at this time, we do know it will be significantly reduced. You as a football lettermen season ticketholder will receive more information on specific ticket options via email by Thursday, August 6.

If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to reach out to the ticket office at 205-348-2262 or ticketoffice@ia.ua.edu.

Roll Tide!

Staff are the worst offenders at selling their tickets. I rented a house from a Georgia staffer while we built our house and he sold every one of his tickets for big money, never went to a game. He was in his early 30's, loved Georgia football yadda yadda. I also know a fellow employee that buys her season tickets every year from a Georgia staffer. Just a couple reasons why I don't care for staffers getting tickets over students, letterman, and other boosters that make actual donations.

Remember, this is being discussed.

That said, if there is a hierarchy with student tickets there has to be the same with everyone. If they continue down this path, it'll come down to total of Tide Pride _______. The question is it points or years; or both?

What I would not like is all you that seat out in the sun. Not getting your seat this year. But those in those box seat behind the glass will get to go?

Been both.....the convenience ofthe box....but if thats all you wanted..stay home...with 66 ( or more) HD TV.... never really get “being at the game” feeling...well I didn’t...
Yeah..they pay big..fully expect them to get in... small group meets requirements...
