🏈 Tua Tagovailoa Has Finally Given Alabama its Once-in-a-lifetime Quarterback

Could easily be our first two time Heisman winner. That don't happen often.

It's also not impossible that if our OL does its job and keeps him upright and healthy, he could conceivably leave Tuscaloosa completely undefeated for his entire career as a starter.

If that happens it also means he's the trigger man for the first winner of 3 NC in a row in modern football?

Seriously... Tua is amazing. The most impressive part is how humble and grounded he is, which fits so perfectly with Saban.

Nothing "extra", just doing his job at the highest level with enthusiasm and a fun personality. Throw in a backup QB with the same attitude and it literally does not get better than this QB/Coach combo in college football.

What's crazy is that this exact conversation is not... Crazy.... And totally within the realm of possibilities.

That's how special this kid is.

First.....he is great..... this is not about Tua....but the writers comments..
And it might be Sabans once in a lifetime...but not Bamas once in a lifetime...
Just keep that in perspective even if Bamas greatest....didnt actually win Heismans for other than football reasons....
Even at that...he may well be Bamas greatest also....

Interesting observation:

In past Heisman-winning campaigns (HTWMI and DH), their lore sort of grew organically as the season wore on, and Saban considered the swelling chatter of hyperbole "external factors" and never really considered any kind of campaigning till immediately following their respective SEC Championship games...

While Saban hasn't actively campaigned for Tua himself, he HAS allowed the football media guys to start promoting in the last few weeks. Unprecedented. Even the Master Psychologist can't deny the fully-warranted hype surrounding his once-a-generation signal caller.

That said, I'm going to make this ballsy prediction:

TUA WILL DROP FOUR BILLS ON THE DAWGS SATURDAY. COACH SABAN IS PULLING THE TRIGGER.
