We know where they are. They're in the federal jail (same one where Epstein was) in Brooklyn.
I'm missing your point, I think. I know you missed mine. The more relevant issue is how many Americans are cheering?
Another crazy talking point about this whole thing.Every politician, reporter and talking head who says the taking of Maduro is unprecedented is either lying or uninformed. Every piece of it (no Congressional authorization, taking a sitting president/dictator/strongman of a sovereign nation, military aided arrest, brought to U.S. soil to face charges, etc.) is a repeat of Noriega, and every piece of the U.S.'s case held up in Federal court.
Yeah also consider the X account too. Guys kinda whackoā¦. Just thought it was interesting. Two thoughts:
I see some of those names and it's not a great surprise. A lot of those people are some I haven't considered trustworthy in a long time.
On the same note do you give any credence to something coming from the Chief of Intelligence under Maduro? Have people forgotten Iraq's Minister of Communication?
There is a sect of the voting public that have lost their minds.
The thought crossed my mind.On a related note, Carney and Canada are spectators here. If they wouldn't have shot their foot off they would still be in this "race."

A couple of things.Let me throw something else out here.
Maduro's family was arrested, indicated, and convicted of trafficking cocaine into the States. Biden granted them clemency and let 'em go.
Maduro has been indicated and has now been arrested in this administration. This DOJ isn't granting clemency or a pardon at the end of Trump's term.
So, @musso If cheering is the operative word, for whom should people cheer?
And, @ElephantStomp considering your fondness for using the word "clown," who is the clown here? (If you tell me Biden didn't know, I can understand that position.)
A couple of things.
First, if there was any truth to this bribe list, it'd be reported more widely. The list of politicians is there to make a conservative/conspiracy person want to believe it.
Those questions were as much rhetorical as they were sardonic about the list.On the same note do you give any credence to something coming from the Chief of Intelligence under Maduro? Have people forgotten Iraq's Minister of Communication?
I know. A poor attempt to juxtapose two things while doing other things today. I've started writing a few things today, walked away, and when I came back I had to pause to remember where I was, so to speak. No excuse. Just off for a minute or two there.Second, those two nephews were exchanged for seven U.S. citizens (perhaps one was a permanent U.S. resident, not sure) held in Venezuela. At lease six were taken prisoner during Trump's first year and spent over five years in a Venezuelan jail after being lured to Caracas in 2017 to meet with the Venezuelan state oil company.
Biden didnāt grant Maduro clemency, he raised the bounty for his capture, a quick Google search supplies that information. Prior to him leaving office he raised the bounty.Let me throw something else out here.

(Sitting here dreading calling tech support for T-Mobile on a phone issue...I'm amazed at how much I'm hating the idea I have to do this.)
War can be a little misleading imo. Is dropping bombs on drug cartels in other countries technically an act of war? Sure it is. Telling a country that's making a mint off of bribes from drug cartels "Hey if you don't do something about the cartels sending drugs into my country I will" isn't but at some point you better back up the doing something part. It's Mexico's , or Venezuela, costa Rica, etc option to take care of an issue they know exists, let the US take care of it and bitch publicly while still collecting cartel money, or attack the US for doing what they said they were going to do.Biden didnāt grant Maduro clemency, he raised the bounty for his capture, a quick Google search supplies that information. I know you have a fondness for this administration, but whether you or anybody else agrees with it or not it is filled with clowns just as the previous administration had some clowns. The current President stated yesterday that we may put boots on the ground in Greenland (for absolutely no reason), that āsomething needs to be done about Mexico including maybe an operation (attacking another country), āIran has to be handledā (more war), I mean this administration is full of absolute warmongers and Iām sorry, but Iām against starting new wars
Straw man. He said "he granted clemency to his (Maduro's) family", not that he granted Maduro clemency. Biden granted clemency to two of Maduro's nephews, see my earlier post, and the NPR link.Biden didnāt grant Maduro clemency, he raised the bounty for his capture, a quick Google search supplies that information. If another country did what this administration did we would bomb the hell out of them, declare war and call it terrorism. Maduro needed removed for sure, heās a dictator and a pos, but us taking control of the country āfor the time beingā is idiotic. Venezuela already had elections and the voted in President won the Nobel, they donāt need an election approved by this administration. This cowboy mentality by this administration will eventually gets us into an actual war, Mexico and Iran arenāt just going to accept this country bombijg shit for the Presidentās egoWar can be a little misleading imo. I think the vast majority of people want the drug supply minimized while not wanting prolonged wars or occupation in other countries. What's the best solution? I'm not sure but I do know blowing up their factories and their supply boats is a pretty good one. I don't mind that kind of "war". I don't want our troops fighting in 7 countries in South America but sending Tomahawks in I'm fine with. The countries have options and so do we, I'm sure everyone won't be happy no matter which choice is made.
