It is an annoying distraction during the 3rd quarter when football fans are trying to see who is coming out swinging, but are forced to watch this BS. The NCAA is shortening the game on the field and ESPN only adds to time taken away from the fan by ramming this tired segment down our collective throats.
I am also vehemently opposed to Halftime Rock Concerts during Bowl Games and SuperBowls. They almost make me as uncomfortable as Mike Patrick, who I wouldn't mind seeing and hearing less of as well.
