This has to be the first time I've seen you two post back to back. Jamma and Jammer. Well if he's at Hooters Thursday, I'll see him there. :D

He needs to go to Mugshots and order a MUGSHOT burger!!

My vote also.

You guys have to be joking. Right?

Mugshots is a chain out of Mississippi. Todd does not go to chains that I am aware of.

How about City Cafe in historic downtown Northport?
Also as mentioned above, Taco Casa is a Tuscaloosa original.
Nick's Fillet House, aka Nick's in the Sticks
Baggett's Cotton Patch in Eutaw

But mughshots? Never ever.

Ahhh The Cotton Patch...I haven't ate there in years. I would think he'll be looking more in T-town, although that would be a good choice.

Billie Bob beat me to the punch with the Nick's in the Sticks suggestion.

Todd better go earlier in the week, or lay off the Nickademosuses, else he might not be in took good shape during the broadcast Saturday night. Them things are bad news - in a good kinda way. Remember getting a few gallons of those things to go in my old days.

Problem is the ESPN group is doing so many Saturday night games in Tuscaloosa they are running out of really good and original places for Todd to visit.

Now that I think of it, The Globe over in Northport (owned by a guy I used to play high school ball against) would be a great choice - for Todd and some of you all. Give it a try.

While Mugshots is technically a chain it is still 2 guys that just started a restaurant and they only have 3. Plus if you ate a burger from there you would agree it is pretty dang awesome.

Globe is a bit fancy for a football game.....but supposed to be excellent food.

As far as Taco Casa.......you can have that place. I would just as soon drink a bottle of log cabin syrup....their sweet tea just about sent me into DKA. My pancreas was pissed off at me for a month after that.

I am kind of disappointed that none of you have suggested Dreamland. Not the new one, but the original, hole-in-the wall one with nothing but ribs, loaf bread, sauce, and a big roll of paper towels.

Todd has been there already, along with Archibald's (which is many times better than Dreamland). We were trying to think of a new place to highlight - at least I was anyway.

Dreamland was great when the old man ran things. It is nothing more than a marketing gimmick now that is surviving on the brand he built. I could go to any one of a hundred RV units on campus for a game and get better ribs than Dreamland. My opinion of course - and I admit I have not been to either the old or new Dreamland in years. There is a reason for that.

He has already been there (last year I think) I know he did Archibalds as well.

We just had our Thanksgiving lunch here at work (DCH) and it was pot-luck. The meat was a smoked ham from Robertson's BBQ..........AWESOME

Totally agree!

Mike and Ed's. The best BBQ (excluding ribs) in Ttown. They also have the best baked beans I've ever eaten.

City Cafe is a nice choice as well.

Mugshots would be a crime imo. If you're going with burgers, Rama Jama.

If I were Todd I would step out of the box a little, go with breakfast, and go to the Waysider.

Excellent idea. I've never seen him do breakfast however. Rama Jama/City Cafe also have a great breakfasts. Good eats in Ttown.

What's the place that's like a mile from city cafe and the globe? It's up on a hill and has some great fried catfish and hush puppies. It's serves BBQ also.

It's called Bottomfeeders. I didn't find out about this place until I was in grad school, crying shame.
