I don't expect ByteDance will actually sell in this ninth month span. I don't see how this doesn't go through several appellate processes and probably ends up before SCOTUS before all is said and done.

In the digital age this is the equivalent of plain brown wrappers or behind the counter to keep kids out of it. You know that. Why does the rabbi remove porn hub access in any state that enacts these laws? Hint: doesn't have anything to do with 1A.

This is a bit of a stretch. Alcohol versus seeing some tits and ass? It is an interesting thought: it's easier for a kid to buy a six pack than it is to view pornhub.
