I had an uncle that worked in the mining industry all of his life, he retired as a mine Superintendent out in New Mexico a long time back. I asked him how in the hell did he ever make it all the way up to Superintendent and insinuated a possible lips to glutes work on his part in which he replied to me, "I've never wondered what shit taste like and I've never kissed anyone ass to find out." .... he passed a few years back, but he had some classic "one liners" that I still use today.
