JMO but the Guz had the barn AD Complex over the barrel...he could have taken the Hog job and put the barn in a tuff spot trying to find a new coach. I would be interested in how his buyout is now structured. Paying more money a year is easy. If they keep his buyout at around 5 million total (as of next year) then all they did is give him a nice 1 year raise. That would be a smart move for them. Keeping Steele is a win win for them.
