That's what is happening. You have to run it through a proxy to hide your IP address.

This website lets you view any website through it's website, thus being a middle man, and allowing you to use an anonymous IP while browsing a website. So if you setup the Loop-de-loop through a properly configured proxy, you will by default use a different IP each time.
