No, He was on pills while at Tenneesee, came to alabama.. had a broken foot, etc. All of that stuff, but at same time, he never played a game for Alabama.. so it was matter of "I wonder ...."
It is. Sometimes you try to help someone thinking that the structure and guidance you can provide will be able to overcome their issues. Coach has a good track record on being able to do that, at least while they are at Bama, but sometimes one can't be saved and you don't find that out until it is way too late.
