Only if there are enough scholarships open from the previous class. You can only bring in 25 in any class, but say 5 of those 25 don't qualify, then the next year you can sign 30, as long as 5 of those can qualify and enroll early. But, the 85 number is the ceiling, regardless of how many players enroll early.
