So I'm wondering how do you guys and ladies foresee the game? High points? Turn overs, defensive battle? What will it take for the Tide to bring home a title?

How good is Texas? Better than anyone we played already? Better than the Gators? (Remember Tebow and Jesus are BFFL!) Can we stop McCoy and the Texas wideouts?

Texas has been slow to start all year, they have gave up alot of sacks, and they haven't had a running game all year. they have serious skills at return game and they supposedly according to stats, have a good defense.

All that being said, I think Texas knows how to win, I hope we beat them up and down the field.

I see Texas as maybe not quite as good as UF, with much the same strengths and weakness. So I envision the BCSNCG going almost identical to the SECCG, which I envisioned quite well. My pick on it was 31-13. I have the NCG at 34-13.

Can Texas get a run game in a month? Can their O line get better in a month? Bottom line is, they have many more weaknesses than we do.

If we play with the same focus and intensity as we did against Florida....they dont stand a chance in hell. McCoy and Shipley...argueably the best QB / WR duo in the country..as said earlier..their ST play is top notch....and of course the X-Factor....Muschamp...knowing the ins and outs of Saban ball....could make the game more interesting. My opinion is that they will not be able to stop our running game and clock control...........IF we play to our potential.

Muschamp can not game plan for the overall athletic ability of our team. Like Saban has said, "this is what we do"...now try and stop it.

Bama needs to be relentless in rushing McCoy. And Bama needs to have balance between the running game and passing game, to be able to put together several scoring drives.

It's going to be a great game. I'm going to the game because I live near it and will have my recorder with me! I just want a win for the start of the new year! I hope we pound the rock! Control the clock and stay focused on the goal! I don't want to see us come out flat like we did vs Barn and Tenn, I hope the long lay off get us rested up and ready to play some ALABAMA FOOTBALL! :elephant:
